Poltesco Valley stables has been running for 4 years at Treal farm. Before that, we had two other locations in Cury and Nantithet. Olwen Hale created the stables. She began taking a few rides out using her own ponies on her families farm, which slowly grew until she found she had to move somewhere with more space. The stables then moved to Nanfan farm in Cury, where it continued to grow and become more and more popular. After 13 years it was time to move on, and the stables migrated over to Treal Farm, Ruan Minor. And here we are today, ever expanding, thanks to the hard work of the people that work for us and of course our treasured horses and ponies. One of our former ponies, Jasper, who lived to the age of 38 years old was the only one to have lived at all three locations! We have a close link with a local animal sanctuary Bolenowe (see link at bottom of page). We have taken on some of their rescue ponies for use in the stables and they seem to be enjoying their new lives with us!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay whilst on holiday here we have attached a couple links on local business' we support.
